Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Because all of our shirts are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues, change of mind, or ordering errors. Please double-check your order details and sizing carefully before checking out.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Email us at thredshedupland@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

 

We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund for any defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or designs.
